CBD isolate is the purest form of Cannabidiol which comes in powder or crystal form. As the name says – it is an isolated form of CBD. Often, small particles of CBDV (cannabidivarin) could be found in it, but the best thing in isolate is, that it is 100% THC free.
Typically, there are three major categories on how we classify CBD products:
Full Spectrum CBD products: These CBD products are made from the whole plant extract, without removing any compounds (cannabinoids, terpenes, etc)
Broad Spectrum CBD products: These products made from the whole plant extract with no THC added. The final product is the same as full spectrum, but without THC.
CBD Isolate Products: As mentioned above, this type of CBD product uses only CBD that is isolated from all the other substances that are found in hemp/cannabis.
As you can see, those are three main three classifications of CBD that are consistently being sold as a final product or utilized as an ingredient (CBD extracts) in a variety of products such as oils, creams, tinctures, edibles, drinks, vapes, cosmetics, suppositories and more.
Here is a short list of CBD Isolate products:
This product is typically used as an ingredient or as an additive to increase strength in CBD pain cream, oils, edibles, capsules instead of being utilized on its own, but it can even be used in smoke and vaping.
CBD isolate holds numerous benefits that CBD has to offer, but if you are looking for the CBD product that is more than 99% pure and potent, full spectrum extracts proved to be more effective overall. This is mainly due to the entourage effect that is attained when all the favorable and useful substances of full spectrum extracts (cannabinoids, terpenes etc) combined together.
